**1. About us**
This website is operated by **Alternative Power S.R.L.** (“we”, “Alternative Power”). By using the website and/or placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.

**2. Products, information and availability**
We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate descriptions, specifications and images. Minor differences may occur (e.g., packaging, appearance). Stock availability may change; if an item is not available, we may propose a **preorder** or partial delivery, subject to customer approval.

**3. Prices**
Prices are displayed in MDL and may include or exclude VAT depending on how the store is configured. We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing or description errors. In case of an error, we will contact you to confirm or cancel the order.

**4. Placing an order**
After placing an order, you will receive confirmation (email and/or phone). The order becomes binding after our confirmation (usually by phone). We may refuse suspicious or incomplete orders or orders with incorrect data.

**5. Payment methods**
In the current version of the store, we **do not accept online payments**. Payment is made via:
- **Cash** (on pickup/delivery, if applicable),
- **Invoice** (individuals/companies, as agreed).

**6. Delivery and pickup**
Pickup and/or delivery are available depending on location and capacity. Estimated delivery time is communicated upon order confirmation. Delays may occur due to external factors (courier, weather, import).

**7. Returns**
Our return policy is described on the “Returns & Warranty” page. To initiate a return, please contact us and provide the order number.

**8. Warranty**
Warranty is provided according to applicable law and the manufacturer’s terms. For technical equipment (inverters, batteries, etc.), specific installation/operation requirements may apply and can affect warranty eligibility.

**9. Limitation of liability**
We are not liable for indirect damages or improper use of products. We recommend professional installation where applicable.

**10. Personal data**
Personal data processing is described in the “Privacy Policy”.

**11. Changes**
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version displayed on the website is the one applicable at the moment of acceptance.

**12. Governing law**
These Terms are governed by the laws of the **Republic of Moldova**.
