How ordering works

**1. Choose products**
Browse the catalog and add the required equipment (panels, inverter, battery, mounting, cables, protections).

**2. Submit your request**
Place the order with your contact details and address. If you already have a BOM or project, you can also send it to us directly.

**3. Confirmation & clarifications**
We contact you to confirm:
- availability,
- estimated lead time,
- pickup/delivery option,
- technical details (compatibility, sizing, protections).

**4. Price & documents**
We confirm the final price and can issue an **invoice** for individuals/companies when needed.

**5. Payment**
In the current version of the store, **online payments are not available**. Payment is done via cash or invoice, as agreed.

**6. Delivery / pickup**
Delivery and cost depend on destination, weight and volume. For made-to-order/import items, lead times may vary.
