**Lead time**
Estimated lead time is confirmed when we confirm your order. For made-to-order/import items, lead time may vary.

**Cost**
Delivery cost is confirmed based on destination, weight and volume.

**Receiving goods**
Please inspect the package/products upon delivery. If you notice damage, record it and contact us as soon as possible.

**Preorders**
If an item is not in stock, we may accept a **preorder** and inform you about the estimated lead time.
