The Deye RW-M6.1-3H combines a 5 kW hybrid inverter with a 5.3 kWh lithium iron phosphate battery in one compact unit. No separate battery cabinets, no battery cables to run - just mount the unit, connect solar panels and house wiring, and the system is operational.

Built-in LiFePO4 cells offer 6,000+ charge cycles at 90% depth of discharge. That translates to roughly 15-20 years of daily cycling before capacity drops below 70%. The cobalt-free chemistry eliminates thermal runaway risk, making the unit safe for indoor installation in garages or utility rooms.

Two MPPT trackers handle up to 6.5 kW of solar input. The inverter prioritizes direct solar consumption, sends excess to the battery, and only exports to grid when storage is full. During outages, the unit switches to backup mode in under 20 milliseconds - fast enough that computers and refrigerators continue running without restart.

Wall mounting keeps floor space clear. At 58 kg total weight, two installers can position the unit without lifting equipment. The system scales by adding external RW-M6.1 battery modules in parallel, expanding storage to 30+ kWh for homes with higher consumption or longer backup requirements.
